If you’ve had the opportunity to play our course, you already know why so many golfers enjoy calling Pickens Golf Club their home course. If you haven’t, we invite you to experience it yourself. Our beautifully maintained 9-hole hybrid course offers a unique and engaging golf experience. Designed with multiple tee boxes and varied playing angles, the course provides the feel and challenge of an 18-hole round while remaining enjoyable for golfers of every skill level. Combined with renovated greens, lush fairways, and recently updated bunkers, it’s a course that members enjoy playing repeatedly.
Membership at Pickens Golf Club is about more than golf. Our clubhouse and Tavern 53 provide a relaxed atmosphere where members gather to enjoy great food, cold drinks, and conversation after a round. - Two passes = one 18-hole round utilizing both sets of tees

General Membership Terms
- Membership dues are billed monthly unless otherwise noted
- Junior Pass is billed annually
- Family memberships include immediate family members living in the same household
- Lifestyle membership includes 24 annual Championship Course golf passes that may be shared among qualifying household members
- One golf pass equals one 9-hole Championship Course round
- Two golf passes equal one 18-hole Championship Course round
- Championship Course golf passes expire at the end of each year and do not roll over
- Lifestyle/Social Membership does not include tournament or league eligibility
- Golf Memberships include tournament eligibility, subject to applicable entry fees
- Member pricing is available for all Pickens Golf Club events
- Exclusive member cart pricing applies whenever a cart is used on the Championship Course
- The Lighted Walking Par-3 Course is walking only and is included with all memberships during normal operating hours
- Preferred tee time booking is available when applicable and subject to availability
- Special events, maintenance closures, weather conditions, and limited blackout dates may affect course availability
Cancellation Policy
Members are required to provide written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to canceling or dropping their membership. Written notice may be submitted either by email or by handwritten letter.
Members who cancel their Pickens Golf Club membership will not be eligible to rejoin the Club for a period of one (1) year from the date their membership is canceled. For example, if a membership is canceled in April 2027, the member may not rejoin until April 2028.
If the member wishes to reinstate their membership before the one-year period has expired, they may do so by paying all back dues and applicable enhancement fees for each month their membership was inactive.
This policy applies to all membership categories and may only be waived at the sole discretion of Pickens Golf Club management.
Membership Enhancements
These enhancements are exclusively available to current Pickens Golf Club members and are not offered to the general public.
Golf Cart Pass
Enjoy unlimited use of Pickens Golf Club golf carts on the Championship Course without paying the member cart fee each round.
Individual – $75/month
Couple – $95/month
Family – $125month
- Unlimited use of Pickens Golf Club golf carts on the Championship Course
- Subject to cart availability
Members participating in the Golf Cart Pass acknowledge that:
- Golf carts are shared whenever practical
- Members should expect to be paired with other golfers when necessary
- Members may be required to share a golf cart with another player in the interests of pace of play and operational efficiency
- Pickens Golf Club reserves the right to pair players and assign carts as needed
Personal Cart Trail Fee
Use your personal golf cart while enjoying unlimited access to the Championship Course
Individual – $50/month
Couple – $75/month
Family – $100/month
- Unlimited use of one privately owned golf cart on the Championship Course
Private Cart Requirements:
- Must be registered annually with Pickens Golf Club
- Must meet all club safety and operational requirements
- Must maintain any required liability insurance if requested by the club
- Are subject to all club rules regarding operation and permitted areas
Members participating in the Personal Cart Trail Fee Program acknowledge that:
- Players will be paired when necessary
- Members should expect to share their privately owned golf cart with another golfer when
- paired, provided the cart has sufficient seating capacity and it is safe to do so
- Pickens Golf Club reserves the right to pair players in the interest of pace of play and operational efficiency
Driving Range Membership ($30/month)
Perfect for members looking to improve their game with unlimited practice
- Unlimited driving range balls
- Unlimited use of the driving range
- Unlimited use of the practice putting green
- Unlimited use of designated short-game practice areas during normal operating hours
Cancellation Policy

Members who cancel or remove a Membership Enhancement from their account will not be eligible to add that enhancement back for a period of one (1) year from the date the enhancement is removed. For example, if a Membership Enhancement is removed in April 2027, the member may not add that enhancement back until April 2028.
If the member wishes to reinstate the Membership Enhancement before the one-year period has expired, they may do so by paying all applicable enhancement fees for each month the enhancement was inactive for each Membership Enhancement they wish to reinstate.
This policy applies to all Membership Enhancements and may only be waived at the sole discretion of Pickens Golf Club management.
Payment Methods
All memberships are automatically opted-in and required to use automatic ACH transfer. This allows your bill to be paid in full each month without any fees, and it allows the club to process your payment perfectly, on time and without additional accounting costs.
As a backup to this, we require all members to keep an active credit card on file. This credit card will only be used as a backup payment method. Any payment made with your credit card will incur a 3% transaction fee.
We will continue to accept cash and checks as forms of payment. However, to ensure timely processing, all cash and check payments must be received no later than the 10th of each month. Payments received after the 10th will be considered late and may be subject to applicable late fees.
